How It Works

Phase 1 - Working Agreement:

• Start date (beginning of Phase 3) set by mutual agreement

• 50% payment to reserve your project and start Phase 2

Phase 2 - Project Setup (client’s responsibilities)

• Quick website audit to assess improvement areas

• Content submission via Google Docs and Google Drive

  Questionnaire and content must be submitted 2 days before the agreed start date; otherwise, the project may need to be rescheduled

Phase 3 - Website Creation

• Apply updated content and reorganized layout

• Collaborative feedback to refine results

• SEO update and website launch

• Final 50% payment upon approval

  Phase 3 will take 2 weeks after all information has been provided on Phase 2

Phase 4 - Ongoing Support

• Walkthrough video on updates

• 1 month maintenance and support
