How It Works

Phase 1 - Working Agreement:

Goals, needs, and expectations aligned
Agreement on the proposal and budget
Start date (beginning of Phase 3) set by mutual agreement
50% payment to reserve your project

Phase 2 - Project Setup

Website or redesign Audit
Guided questionnaire to detail brand, your goals and vision
Content submission via Google Docs and Google Drive
Client’s responsibilities: questionnaire and content must be submitted 2 days before the agreed start date; otherwise, the project may need to be rescheduled

Phase 3 - Website Creation

Design concept, sitemap, and structure approval
Website development with regular feedback
SEO, analytics, and launch setup
Final 50% payment upon approval
Phase 3 will take 3-5 weeks after all information has been provided on Phase 2

Phase 4 - Ongoing Support
